A:Head For Business is the brainchild of author, writer and champion of all women, Cat Sims (@notsosmugnow) and business founder and speaker, Vicky Saynor(@bethnalandbec)

They wanted to create an event for women that didn’t overload them with a whole new list of things to do to build a successful business. Instead, they wanted to create a space for women in business to come together and learn how to maintain their mental health, while building a successful business.

FOR TOO LONG, WOMEN’S BUSINESS WORKSHOPS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AS FEMALE VERSIONS OF A MALE DOMINATED SPACE. NOT ANYMORE…

A:HEAD FOR BUSINESS is a day retreat for women in business that focusses on the mental wellbeing of female founders while providing invaluable business advice and savvy from women who know what it’s like to manage a business, a family and a relationship, all at the same time.

Set in the beautiful and peaceful grounds of Bethnal & Bec, the day will focus on connecting brilliant women and supporting them in maintaining mental wellness amid the stressors of running a business and juggling the mental load.

A Walk for your Head: an hour’s walk that focusses on mindfulness and meditation.
Session 3: Panel Q&A: Top tips and advice from women who make it work hosted by Cat Sims.
