Reflexology is a gorgeously relaxing massage of the feet working the reflex points to re-balance the body. It is hugely restorative for the body and can help encourage better sleep, reduce pain and manage overwhelm.

Facial Reflexology hosts all the benefits of reflexology on the feet but works the reflex points in the face. It is deeply relaxing and as well as all the above benefits, reduces tension in the facial muscles (think of the jaw muscles!) and massages nourishing elixir serum in to the skin to even the complexion.

Treatments last 45 minutes, I bring a reclining chair, pillows and blankets for a relaxing experience. Prices from £60.
